Simple Seaweed Salad

Super easy and healthy seaweed salad you can whip up in minutes! 

Ingredients:

2 cups seaweed
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon sake
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 clove of garlic, finely minced

 Directions:

  1. Rinse and soak your seaweed in cold water for at least 15 minutes. Make sure you rinse the seaweed off again before using it.
  2. Mix together the dressing ingredients in a separate bowl.
  3. Add this mixture to the seaweed and toss. Serve & enjoy!
