Super easy and healthy seaweed salad you can whip up in minutes!
2 cups seaweed
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon sake
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 clove of garlic, finely minced
- Rinse and soak your seaweed in cold water for at least 15 minutes. Make sure you rinse the seaweed off again before using it.
- Mix together the dressing ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Add this mixture to the seaweed and toss. Serve & enjoy!
