Jenny's Simple Pasta Salad recipe


16 ozTomato Vinaigrette
1 lb Barilla Tri-Color Rotini Pasta
1 red pepper, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1/2 red onion, diced small
1 l arge tomato, diced
2.25 oz can black olives, sliced
Grated Parmesan cheese


1.Boil a pot of salted water and cook pasta according
to package directions.

2.When pasta is cooked, drain and rinse under cold

3.Dice peppers, tomato and onion.

4.In a large bowl; mix pasta, diced vegetables with 8
oz of salad dressing and refrigerate for one hour.

5.Remove bowl from refrigerator and add more
dressing as your taste requires.

6.Top with Parmesan cheese, again to your taste!
