This light and simple Peach Mozzarella & Basil salad recipe is the perfect refresher for hot summer days!
3 Ripe Peaches
1 cup of Fresh Basil Leaves, torn
8 oz. of Fresh Mozzarella, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 teaspoons of Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 teaspoon of Kosher Salt
1/8 teaspoon of Black Pepper
- To make this simple salad, cut your peaches small wedges and set aside in a medium bowl.
- Now, add the basil and mozzarella to the bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Toss to combine.
