1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped celery cubes
2 Tbsp. sour cream
1 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
tsp. ground white pepper
13 oz. shredded chicken breast
1 cup halved grapes
1/2 cup chopped pecans
- Lightly grill your chicken breast and place in a bowl.
- Add the mayonnaise, celery, sour cream, tarragon, salt and pepper.
- Mix all ingredients and gently stir in pecans and grape halves.
- Serve over lettuce leaves or a chilled plate.
